We collect the computers, mobiles and other gadgets that you no longer use and transport everything to our plant and workshop. Here, our super skilled technicians are waiting to put their teeth into the stuff.
Step 1
Pick-up.
First and foremost, we will de-identify the products and erase all information on hard drives and storage media. Some hard drives that do not work we have to destroy (unfortunately, because we do not like waste at all).
Step 2
Erasing data.
Then we do everything in our power to test, repair and extend the life of the products or at least take care of the components. The gadgets are sold on to schools and companies where they get back to work again. That’s great.
Step 3
The stuff gets a second chance!
IT products that really cannot be reused, which are completely broken or are way too old to be reused, are sent to recycling where the raw materials and metals are taken care of.
Step 4
Some stuff can't be saved.
Last but not least, we pay money for the value of the products to you, send the wiping certificate as proof that the information is permanently deleted and thus you comply with the requirements of the GDPR. In addition, you will receive an environmental report showing how much climate emissions you have saved (reuse reduces new production so that there are reasonably large environmental gains).
